Felt like sharing with you a quote from Comfucius to understand a bit more about me. “Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life”.That is how I felt and feel of whatever I do in my life from my beloved “End of the lanes café” in Brighton, to the beautiful path that I am right now. 
A combination of my love for psychology, people, as well my life experiences and as we say “the flow of life” guide me to find my first Reiki Master via an Internet dating site- as you do! I mention first Reiki Master, because for all my Degrees/ Levels I used different Reiki Masters -and no, not from dating sites- not that I was not satisfied of their teaching techniques but to explore different methods of Reiki systems, teaching behaviours etc.
All my Teachers gave me the love of Reiki some maybe more than others but lets not forget that we are humans so nothing will be perfect as well that we always look things from our point of view, acco
rding our up-bringing, experiences and so on. But what we can do though is, as a Trainee/Student is to remember, to try to improve the method and mistakes that we found so that can pass it on as Teachers. And yes, I would love to see my students passing on Reiki teachings with even greater love and passion than me; I will find that as a great accomplishment from my part.

I know deep in my heart that Reiki found me when I was mentally and spiritually aware and ready to appreciate it, welcome it and keep exploring it in to my life.…For better? And in what level? …Who knows…that’s for tomorrow, we live now!

For the last 10 years, since my spiritual awakening/awareness with the beautiful energy of Reiki, I have been trying every so often to “up grade” my knowledge, experiences to the world of spirituality- not to find enlightenment, but why not? But to BE more, to live more, to love, to be kind, grateful, as a human creation living on this beautiful planet which we call Earth.
So after Reiki, meditation came in to my world. First on my local Buddhist centre and then following my heart with a year Mindfulness course in London, and then a seco
nd year for a Compassion course with the Mindfulness Association.

. Then went to Katmandu, Nepal at the Kopan Monastery for a month, of what they call November course- about Mahayana Buddhism. His Holiness Dalai Lama’s lineage.

Currently and for the next 3 months I am in China! In Wudang mountain to become a Qi Gong and Daoist meditation instructor.
