First I would like to share with you a little back information about the name that I choose, “It is, what it is”.
But to make it more understandable I will share with you the basis, the root of what made me to realise about life. It’s a poem given to me years back.
The name of the poem is “What It Is”, by Eric Fried.
                                            
                                        
                                           “It is madness says reason,
                                               It is what it is says love
                                          It is unhappiness says caution                           
                                         It is nothing but pain says fear
                                           It has no future says insight
                                               It is what it is says love
                                              It is ridiculous says pride
                                               It is foolish says caution
                                        It is impossible says experience
It is what it is says love

Absolutely beautiful… because that’s how it is, simple! Nothing to add, nothing to be upset about it or anything else, because … “It is, what it is”! So, a combination of the above poem rooted deep in my conscious and probably after a long time subconscious, as well as my different experiences of life brought me to the very simple conclusion, that life is, what it is; Don’t give me wrong, I am not saying just sit down and let life unfold it self, that is what we called laziness (but again, it is, what it is). On the contrary, be out there, living life, living through taste, smell, touch, listen, feel life by every single split of a second of it.
Life is now, is just happening…in my case, right now I am writing down my thoughts, I am fully aware of my presence, my body, my mind and my surroundings. I know that in one point I will stop for different reasons, but until that time comes I am 100% here, experiencing my body’s discomfort and my cat’s affection by my side.
For example, you are at work; Be at work, be present at your work with your mind anGatad your body. I am saying that because usually we say to others that we are here, present, but we are actually not. Our mind can wonder around everywhere else but not with our body as we are busy thinking what to buy, what to cook, bills and so on. Which again there all important, but not for that particular moment. The time will come that you will have to decide what to eat, what to buy, and so on but not now. You are working, or playing with your children, or you are with your partner/wife, but be there, not just with your body but with your mind. Now you will ask, how is that possible? And I will answer, maybe not at the begging, but by being aware of it you start training you lovely brain not to wonder around and being more focused of what you do, now. You are with your wife, and start thinking about work, or you are at work and start thinking about your wife. Now days those kind of situations become normal but it’s not necessary to live with them.
