Felt like sharing with you a quote from Comfucius to understand a bit more about me. “Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life”.That is how I felt and feel of whatever I do in my life from my beloved "End of the lanes café" in Brighton, to the beautiful path that I am right now. A combination of my love for psychology, people, as well my life experiences and as we say “the flow of life” guide me to find my first Reiki Master via an Internet dating site- as you do! I mention first Reiki Master, because for all my Degrees/ Levels I used different Reiki Masters -and no, not from dating sites- not that I was not satisfied of their teaching techniques but to explore different methods of Reiki systems, teaching behaviours etc. All my Teachers gave me the love of Reiki some maybe more than others but lets not forget that we are humans so nothing will be perfect as well that we always look things from our point of view, according our up-bringing, experiences and so on. But what we can do though is, as a Trainee/Student is to remember, to try to improve the method and mistakes that we found so that can pass it on as Teachers. And yes, I would love to see my students passing on Reiki teachings with even greater love and passion than me; I will find that as a great accomplishment from my part. The last years I’m educating my body, mind and spirit... As well as a Usui Shiki Ryoho Master/Teacher, I am a Lightarian and Kundalini Reiki Master/Teacher, as well as an advanced Theta Healing Practitioner. I follow different courses from Open University regards Social Science, Psychology and Counselling, as well as any other interests that I drawn to; other Reiki techniques, Meditation, swim, and anything that has to do with high frequency vibrations; From nutrition, colours and music to love, compassion and so on. I know deep in my heart that Reiki found me when I was mentally and spiritually aware and ready to appreciate it, welcome it and keep exploring it in to my life.…For better? And in what level? …Who knows…that’s for tomorrow, we live now! Profile update... With Reiki I expand my mind and started welcoming meditation at the local Buddhist centre. Which brought me after few years in Inverness, Scotland of participating a Zen training retreat on which I become an instructor but in a more "westernise style"- Only basic Zen Buddhist elements. After that, and almost 2 years ago I went for a month to Kopan monastery, Nepal for what is called "November course"- Learning more about Buddhism in Mahayana tradition. I currently and for the last two years practise and teach mindfulness meditation and Reiki at my own meditation studio called "Holistic Lounge" which I will let go in a few months so that I can go to China to explore Kung- Fu and Chi Gung in it's birth place. 　　　　　 Have a beautiful and balanced day, full of love, light, and happiness.
