Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
4 week Course for Beginners and 4 week for Advanced

The course consists of 4 evening sessions of an 1 hour and a half. It will include different kinds of postures, relaxation movements, breathing exercises and other meditation essentials of almost 2,500 year proven practises as well as scientifically.

Qi Gong (Back to Spring)
A 10 week course
Qi Gong focus o
n the healing balancing aspects of the art. Thus emphasis is placed on
developing a self-practice for health & well-being;
to gather & direct Qi within your body. Beginners and advanced students alike will benefit from practising inner work combined with graceful informed breathing movements.
The cost for a 10 week course is £90
Children’s classes

They will learn simple meditations and other methods to calm their minds and ways to deal with negative feelings. To raise their awareness of subjects such as kindness, consideration for others, self esteem etc. It will help your child increase their confidence, self- esteem, discipline, while teaching them skills that will last them a lifetime. During classes, you’ll see your child’s energy, confidence and spirit rise while they become strong and confident.
Since all children can learn positive ways of thinking, even about challenging situations, they can definitely learn to meditate, even if they have difficulty sitting still. Like any skill, meditation takes practice. In these classes, children will learn short, guided meditations. As children practice and gain experience, they will be able to sit quietly for longer periods of time. As well as some Qi Gong movements.
The exchange rate is £6 for an hour’s class or get 8 classes for £40

Private lessons
Private or semi-private classes are available in person for those of you who would like to have one-on-one training and/or guidance for any and all aspects of any practice.
Private sessions are ideal for:
- New students who would like to gain an understanding of the practice basics before attending an ongoing class or periodic workshop.
- Families or groups who would like to start practising together.
- Continuing students to support their journey in gaining deeper understanding of the benefits
The cost for private lessons is £30 per hour
