Self-Healing Sunday

A 3 hours workshop cultivating Chi energy, through meditation, Qi Gong and Reiki.

The workshop contains:

• Clearing our energetic field
• Settling down the mind 
• Qi Gong- Return to Spring movements. It’s a Health and Longevity practice. As the name says “Return to Spring”, the  freshness of youth. Regain vitality, by coordinating slow flowing movements, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind.
• Reiki attunement/initiation. Introduction and a gift of a life time to this amazing energy healing therapy. During the workshop you will learn how to complete self-healing treatments and how to treat loved ones, family and friends. Once you have the attunement, regardless of whether you use the energy consciously or not, it is always with you.

This is a special healing night and there is limiting attendance to just 20 people!
